At K.A. Music Gallery Limited, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent returns process. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.

  1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:
• Be unused and in perfect condition
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and materials

  1. Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns:
• Sealed and unopened products
• Items in original condition with all packaging and contents

Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty or damaged):
• Pre-ordered goods
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Opened software, cables, or light bulbs
• Items not in resaleable condition
• Opened headphones, earphones, or wearable devices (hygiene reasons)

    Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA Instructions
    We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without RMA may be declined.
  3. Return the Item
    • Pack the item securely with all contents
    • Use a tracked and insured shipping service (recommended)
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days
• Only the product value is refunded

Important:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Sale items are not eligible for refunds

All outcomes are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and applicable Cyprus and EU consumer laws.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch
    • Once shipped, the standard return process applies
