The MXR EVH Phase 90 pays tribute to Eddie Van Halen, whose iconic guitar tone first stunned listeners on Van Halen’s 1978 debut album. A key part of that sound was his MXR Phase 90, and this special edition was developed in collaboration with Eddie to capture that legendary character while adding extra versatility.

The EVH Phase 90 delivers the classic swirling, hypnotic phasing that made the original pedal famous, while introducing a Script switch that lets you instantly choose between the smooth, vintage Script Logo tone and the bolder, more pronounced Block Logo sound.

Finished in the unmistakable red, white, and black stripes of Eddie’s legendary Frankenstein guitar and featuring a bright blue LED, the EVH Phase 90 combines classic analog phasing with added tonal flexibility—bringing a piece of Eddie Van Halen’s signature sound to your pedalboard.
