Each violin in the tononi 820 series is a unique, handcrafted instrument made according to traditional violin-making techniques from select, seasoned tonewoods. The original Despiau bridge from France contributes to the violin’s brilliant, powerful tone, as do the professional synthetic strings. The spirit varnish, with its beautiful antique finish, is applied by hand in numerous individual coats, according to time-honored tradition, giving the instrument a powerful and expressive sound. The violin is characterized by its effortless response and easy playability.
